1.       Triple rewards for tourists activating The Point membership accounts (“the Promotion”) is applicable to new members of The Point who are identified through registration via sky100 and reside in the Mainland, Taiwan or the Macau SAR.

2.       The Promotion is valid from 28 March to 31 May 2024, both dates inclusive (“the Promotion Period”).

3.       For new members of The Point who are identified through registration via sky100 and reside in the Mainland, Taiwan or the Macau SAR, the following welcome gifts will be provided: “Reward 1”: sky100 Souvenir Day View Magnet; “Reward 2”: 5,000 The Point points (including 500 welcome points); and “Reward 3”: SHKP Malls spending reward - accumulate total spending of HK$3,800 using electronic payment at one of the 25 SHKP Malls in Hong Kong and register points at the mall counter on the same day to receive 200 Point Dollars (equivalent to a HK$200 cash rebate) and a complimentary Original Butterfly Cookies (Palmiers) Premium Gift Set from The Royal Garden.

4.       Rewards are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while the quota lasts.

5.       The Point rewards will be automatically credited to The Point Members’ accounts upon redemption. Members can refer to the “My Points” and “My Rewards & Coupons” sections for their reward status. No modification, cancellation or exchange for cash is allowed.

6.       All unredeemed rewards after the Redemption Period shall be forfeited.

8.       Any rewards lost due to deletion of an app account or a change of mobile phone number shall not be returned, with no compensation.

9.       sky100, Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited and Participating Malls shall not be liable for any lost, mistakenly used or damaged rewards, including any such incidents caused by network or telephone failures or problems, technical errors or any other reasons, which shall not be attributable to any fault of sky100, Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited or Participating Malls.

10.   In case of fraud or abuse, sky100, SHK Real and Participating Malls reserve the right to disqualify the members’ bonus points and rewards, and to take legal action.

11.   sky100, SHK Real and Participating Malls reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the Offer without prior notice.

12.   In case of disputes, the decision of sky100, SHK Real and Participating Malls shall be final and conclusive.
